We accept payment by most major credit and debit cards and also by paypal. Buyers outwith EU countries must use paypal.

Delivery Rates

You will be able to select your shipping rate at checkout.

**We do not deliver guitars outwith the UK. Free shipping on these items applies to UK mainland only. A charge may apply to deliver to Highlands and Islands or Northern Ireland. Please contact us if you would like a delivery quote for these areas

DELIVERY INFO

Delivery will be made within the advertised timeframe for your selected delivery method. Delivery to remote areas of the UK or overseas may take longer. Simpsons Guitars cannot be help responsible  for failing to meet advertised delivery times when situations arise which are beyond our control (eg items lost in transit or mail strikes). If situations like this occur, we will take appropriate action to ensure your item reaches you based on the selected delivery method. All items are insured for damage or loss.

Returns

Items purchased in error/unwanted items

If we have accepted an order from you (your order will be confirmed by email), and you wish to withdraw from the contract, please advise us within 7 days.

 If you have already received the goods and decide you do not want to keep them, you must return the goods to us at your own cost and risk. In line with Distance selling regulations, we apply  a 7 day "cooling off" period to all purchases. Please advise us that you wish to make a return and all returns must be made within 28 days of purchase. Goods must be returned complete and in original packaging for a full refund of your original payment. Refunds wil be processed within 7 days of receipt of your returned item(s)

Faults/damage in transit

If goods do not reach you in good condition, are significantly different to as advertised or are faulty, please contact us within 3 working days. We will advise you of the appropriate course of action. Under these circumstances, any shipping costs for returns back to Simpsons Guitars will be at our expense.  Upon safe receipt of damaged/faulty items, we will issue a replacement or refund.
